ind\u00e9niablement \u00e9t\u00e9 l&rsquo;un des plus grands d\u00e9fis du projet de jonction de l&rsquo;A15. Le d\u00e9fi n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 moins grand lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;est agi de s\u00e9curiser les 45 000 assemblages boulonn\u00e9s dans les d\u00e9lais impartis. Gr\u00e2ce en partie \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement de RAD Torque Systems, le travail a pu \u00eatre achev\u00e9 bien avant la date limite. Avec ses 1 200 m\u00e8tres de long, ses tours de levage de 64 m\u00e8tres de haut et ses deux tabliers, chacun de la taille d&rsquo;un terrain de football, le pont levant est le plus lourd et le plus haut d&rsquo;Europe. Le syst\u00e8me de levage permet aux tabliers de 5 500 tonnes de s&rsquo;\u00e9lever et de s&rsquo;abaisser de 31 m\u00e8tres \u00e0 la vitesse de l&rsquo;\u00e9clair, ce qui conf\u00e8re au pont la fr\u00e9quence et la vitesse de levage les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es au monde. En bref, un projet unique qui fait partie de l&rsquo;\u00e9largissement de l&rsquo;A15, la ligne de vie entre Maasvlakte et Vaanplein \u00e0 Rotterdam. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9troitement impliqu\u00e9 dans la construction du pont Botlek au cours de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e2c5c23 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e2c5c23\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\u00ab\u00a0Un tr\u00e8s beau projet\u00a0\u00bb, pense-t-il. Van Biljouw s&rsquo;est impliqu\u00e9 dans le pont Botlek lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;est rendu sur place pour calibrer une cl\u00e9 dynamom\u00e9trique hydraulique utilis\u00e9e pour serrer quelque 800 boulons M40\/M50. Cependant, lorsqu&rsquo;il a vu le faible d\u00e9bit de la pompe, il a anticip\u00e9 certains probl\u00e8mes. Selon lui, la capacit\u00e9 \u00e9tait insuffisante pour serrer les boulons en continu et il a donc recommand\u00e9 de ne pas serrer au couple, mais de tendre les boulons. \u00ab\u00a0C&rsquo;est beaucoup plus rapide que le serrage hydraulique, plus pr\u00e9cis et aussi beaucoup plus s\u00fbr. Ces \u00ab\u00a0bo\u00eetes de guidage\u00a0\u00bb, essentielles pour lever et abaisser les sections du pont, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;outils hydrauliques. Il s&rsquo;agit de grandes plaques qui doivent \u00eatre serr\u00e9es avec 36 boulons M30 chacune, puis serr\u00e9es \u00e0 nouveau \u00e0 90o. Mais l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe qui travaillait dessus n&rsquo;a pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 faire ce qu&rsquo;il fallait. \u00ab\u00a0Avec tout le respect que je dois aux hommes qui travaillaient sur place, ils n&rsquo;ont pas utilis\u00e9 la bonne m\u00e9thode, ce qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 une tension in\u00e9gale dans les boulons\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Van Biljouw.    \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8a58264 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8a58264\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tC&rsquo;est ainsi que Bus Industrial Tools, en la personne de Hans van Biljouw, a re\u00e7u la demande d&rsquo;effectuer \u00e9galement ce travail. \u00ab\u00a0Au d\u00e9part, nous l&rsquo;avons fait de mani\u00e8re hydraulique, mais cela n&rsquo;allait pas assez vite \u00e0 notre go\u00fbt. Chez Bus, nous vendons \u00e9galement des boulonneuses \u00e9lectriques de RAD et je savais que nous pourrions travailler beaucoup plus rapidement avec elles\u00a0\u00bb.\nVan Biljouw a alors appel\u00e9 RAD Torque Systems, expliqu\u00e9 la situation et s&rsquo;est rendu au Botlek avec une cl\u00e9 dynamom\u00e9trique \u00e9lectronique E-RAD. \u00ab\u00a0La diff\u00e9rence \u00e9tait stup\u00e9fiante. Alors qu&rsquo;il nous fallait une semaine avec l&rsquo;hydraulique pour 1 600 boulons, nous l&rsquo;avons fait avec RAD en 2,5 jours.
